The Gritti Palace Hotel in Venice has re-opened after an extensive and, as you can see, stunning renovation project. Beautifully and luxuriously furnished, it is situated in one of the most lovely parts of Venice. The restaurant terrace (see photo above) has a view over the Grand Canal which would be hard to beat for a romantic evening meal. It’s certainly the grandest teaching kitchen I’ve ever seen! The Terrace you see pictured above is part of the two story Redentore Terrazza Suite which also has its own small pool.
