Hellifield Peel Castle, Yorkshire, England

Hellifield Peel Castle, Yorkshire
I was enchanted the moment I saw this restored castle on Channel 4’s Grand Designs programme. How wonderful to have the opportunity to stay in such a special place. In the main body of the castle there are four bed and breakfast rooms with such attention to detail and luxury, I can see why their Trip Advisor reviews are so glowing! The owners also created a roof terrace which has far reaching unspoilt views across one of the most beautiful counties in England, Yorkshire. This is part of a top floor apartment which is available either as self-catering or on a bed and breakfast basis. It’s worth watching the Grand Designs episode if you can – the owners were just completely devoted to the building.
