Borgo di Bastia Creti, Umbria, Italy – I’d love to stay at this hotel in the Italian countryside. It is made up of five stone houses set on a hilltop in the Niccone Valley. It looks so peaceful and elegant there. And of course there is all the joy of Italian food too. Yes, certainly in my favourites list.
